Ebikes2U Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your bike, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, in accordance with our return policy below.

To initiate a return, just contact our customer service department at (310)359-6436 to get an RMA number and return shipping label and then send it back to us for your refund. Unlike many of our competitors, our bikes do not need to be fully disassembled to be shipped, and we use UPS, not a freight company, to help keep delivery and return shipping hassle-free.

All returns must be in new, unused condition, complete with the original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. We do not accept returns on items purchased from third-party retailers. If you send us a return that is not complete, a restocking/re-boxing fee will be charged. All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the product has been received and inspected. The customer is responsible for a return shipping charge of $175 for bikes and $25 for accessories, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days after they have been issued. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RA will not receive a refund and customers will have to pay to ship for the item to be returned to them or forfeit the item.

We do not accept returns on helmets, Lithium batteries, or products marked as “closeout” items.
