We ship Monday – Friday and do our best to process orders within 24 hours after they are received. However, we do not guarantee this service. Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email and once it ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday or the next business day if there is a holiday.

Most orders will ship via UPS ground and do not require a signature at the time of delivery. Currently, expedited service is not available.

Orders over $99 will receive FREE shipping. Shipping charges are assessed at the order level.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or Internationally.

We are not able to ship to PO Box or APO addresses. Any orders placed to PO or APO addresses will be subject to a charge to cover the cost of outbound and return shipping and handling ($300 for bicycle shipments & $25 for accessories). The charge will be deducted from your refund.
