NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND/OR ABUSE:

Tires, Spokes, Inner Tubes, Accessories, Brakes, Damage to bike and/or bike components due to abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident

Remember to always charge your battery every 1-2 months when not in use and water damage is not covered under the warranty. EBikes2U strongly recommends that after 5 years, customers send their batteries to EBikes2U for service or replacement. EBikes2U takes no responsibility thereafter for battery degradation or malfunction.

Use a regular 110v wall outlet to charge your battery. Do not use any other type of outlet, such as an RV outlet or a converter or an inverter, or any other charger not recommended by EBikes2U

What’s Covered

Ebikes2U provides each original purchaser of an Ebikes2U bicycle a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on the bicycle frame and components for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Specific components may come with additional warranties from the component manufacturers – please check your owner’s manual pack for information regarding these warranties. Shimano branded components are not covered under this warranty – bicycle owners should contact Shimano directly for warranty service on Shimano components.

Ebikes2U provides each original purchaser of other Charge Bikes branded products and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage on other parts and accessories may be provided by that manufacturer.

What’s Excluded

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from abuse, alteration, improper repair, failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, corrosion or water damage, use of improper chargers or electrical surges, extreme or stunt riding, riding with excessively heavy loads, collision, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use. This warranty does not cover bicycles used for commercial activities, including but not limited to bicycle rental, sharing, and delivery services.

Normal wear and tear on items (such as tires, tubes, brake pads, bearings, bushings, cables, housing, grips, chains, and spokes) is not covered under this warranty and should be regularly inspected and maintained as noted in the owner’s manual. This warranty does not cover paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure.

This warranty is limited to the shipment of replacement parts. All labor services and charges are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Warranty items will only be shipped within the continental United States, excluding Alaska.

General Terms

This warranty extends from the date of purchase, is offered only to the original purchaser, and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective item, and all determinations under this warranty will be made at the sole discretion of Ebikes2U. All liability for any damage, failure, or loss caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts is expressly disclaimed.

THE REMEDIES STATED ABOVE ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY. ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES AND DAMAGES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE APPLICABLE ARE EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES TO OTHER PROPERTY, OR ANY PUNITIVE DAMAGES. ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE BE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. PLEASE REFER TO THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDED WITH YOUR BICYCLE FOR POSSIBLE FURTHER RESTRICTIONS.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES THE CONSUMER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. THE CONSUMER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF IT IS DETERMINED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION THAT A CERTAIN PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY, SUCH DETERMINATION SHALL NOT AFFECT ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT.
