How the Program Works:

If you meet the program’s eligibility criteria and are awarded a voucher from Ava’s monthly drawings, then you qualify for a cargo E-BIKE from Ebikes2U!
This includes the opportunity to receive up to a $1,500 voucher, plus $250 for accessories. See below for the approved E-Bike Models you can choose from.

Get an Instant Rebate

If you are selected, you’ll receive an email with your unique instant rebate code and details about your instant rebate amount.
STEP 3

Purchase a New E-Bike

Visit EBikes2U to redeem your instant rebate. Just bring your rebate code and a valid photo ID for identity verification, and our team will help you complete the process. Your e-bike purchase must be completed within 60 days of receiving your instant rebate.
STEP 4

Income-Qualified Rebates

To be eligible for the Income-Qualified Instant Rebate ($1500 cargo e-bike +$250 for accessories), your household must be enrolled in California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE), Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA), or Energy Assistance Program (EAP). To check eligibility or confirm enrollment in CARE or FERA, please contact PG&E. To check eligibility or confirm enrollment in EAP, contact Alameda Municipal Power.
